1. Shipping & Delivery /送貨及物流安排

·      Logistics Provider: All physical product orders are deliveredvia SF Express. 物流供應商：所有實體產品訂單均透過順豐速運 (SF Express) 進行派送。

·      Delivery Timeline: Standard delivery is completed within 2 to 7business days from the date of order confirmation. 送貨時間：標準送貨服務將於訂單確認之日起 2 至 7 個工作天內完成。

2. Receipts andDocumentation / 收據及文件證明

·      Issuance: 2 Pandas Limited will issue an official receipt uponformal request sent to cs@healthx2pandas.com. 收據發出：2 Pandas Limited 將在收到發送至 cs@healthx2pandas.com 的正式申請後發出官方收據。

·      Consistency: The name appearing on the receipt must strictlymatch the name of the purchaser or intended recipient. 姓名一致性：收據上顯示的姓名必須與購買者或預期收件人的姓名完全一致。

3. Amendments,Cancellations, and Refunds / 更改、取消及退款

·      Policy: No amendments or cancellations are permitted followingpayment confirmation. 政策：付款確認後，恕不允許任何更改或取消。

4. Disclaimers and Rights / 免責聲明與權利

·      Right to Modify: 2 Pandas Limited reserves the right to amendthese product terms and conditions, adjust pricing, or invalidate offers at itssole discretion without prior notification. 修改權利：2 Pandas Limited 保留隨時自行決定修改此產品條款及細則、調整價格或取消優惠的權利，恕不另行通知。
