All medicalexaminations, tests, diagnoses, interpretations, reports, and medical adviceare performed and provided exclusively by Union Hospital (Union Medical CentreLimited), a licensed medical institution in Hong Kong.
Union Hospital bears sole and exclusive responsibility for:
• The quality, accuracy, and safety of all medical services;
• All diagnoses, test results, and medical reports;
• Any medical negligence, misdiagnosis, errors, or omissions;
• Any personal injury, adverse health outcome, or death resulting from thehealth check-up services.
